Sadly, this doesn't work. This is tutorial for desktop PC. My Nvidia panel doesn't have half of the options He modifies. I tried to modify Gothic2.exe properties but it doesn't make any difference. Gothic doesn't see the GTX 1050 and GTX 1050 doesn't initiate and "take over" the control from integrated GPU.

Tried it. You are kind wrong. As far as I know, when I browsed the web, new laptops are somehow forced to use integrated chip. It is somehow connected to the laptop's display and second GPU is not. Dunno the details, but disabling it lowered my resolution, bottlenecked graphics even more, etc.
