Website Decreases quality of images

Hello,
I don't know that this is problem which have everybody, but I noticed that images on forum has worse quality than quality that should be. If we looking on images that we send with posts we will se that they are more blurred, they have bad quality etc.
It's very annoying for graphics, clans, other users. Can it be fix?

You know why ? I tell you. Quality is worse, because if you insert image bigger than post content size, the image is gonna be downscaled to lower resolution and you see big quality degradation. There's no filters like lanczos etc. only shitty live reduction Try to resize image manually and then insert to post. You can insert url with original size image on lower size image too.

Nope. The forum automatically expands pictures. They are bigger than original. At least for me. This isn't my fault, cause this is only one forum that do this.
