Yes. How old is this server? If it has less than week, then your argument doesn't make sense, since you don't have reliable data. If this server is older than month then how many daily player is has and how long do they daily play?

One random picture is not argument. It is not even example. It's just stupid way of undermining already established rule by showing rare example of something completely opposite.

Server was created on March 8, 2015 very often the number of players was balanced at the level of 40 players. Previously the server was run by other owners, so you can say that they are really close to 4 years of operation. The photo is from February of this year, it was not a new edition.
