Time stamp in game and the server console

Hello. I propose add time stamp function in game and the server console.
It suggests a time stamp in the game chat.

Example.
We have a time stamp function in client script...
function timestamp;
Enter the system command /timestamp and chatting appears time stamp installed on your PC:
[12:45:44] - Witaj. (Sative) [12]
[12:46:34] - Hello. (Silvio) [2]

Without /timestamp:
- Witaj. (Sative) [12]
- Hello. (Silvio) [2]

Displaying in the server console:
[12:45:44][chat] Sative: Witaj.
[12:46:34][chat] Silvio: Hello.
